1 – Deira Waterfront Development – Dubai, UAE

Deira is one of Dubai‘s oldest and most lively neighbourhoods, steeped in history, tradition, culture, and commerce, with the Creek at its core.

The interior design of the beachfront houses being created for the Deira Waterfront Development will be inspired by this unique location, offering an unmistakable feeling of place.

The Interior Design language, materials, textures, and colour palettes all scream waterfront and marine design. For the plots, two strategies have been created.

2 – Central Park at City Walk by Meraas – Dubai, UAE

Meraas’ Central Park residential complex provides 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom contemporary and large apartments with breathtaking views of the park and Dubai‘s cityscape.

The energy of these rooms are made through the different use of materials, textures, and colour palettes geving a sense of nature and relaxation.

3 – Emirates Towers District: Residences

The Residential towers’ interior design language is sumptuous, beautiful, and contemporary, yet with touches of traditional detailing like wall panelling, floor borders with herringbone inlays, and coved ceiling elements.

The general atmosphere is pleasant and domestic, and the lighting colour temperature reflects this.

4 – Gemini Splendor Residential Development, Dubai, UAE

Gemini Splendor is at SOBHA Hartland in Dubai. The 8 low-rise buildings have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as 4 bedroom townhouses with views of the Burj Khalifa.

The scope of work includes the design of flats, townhouses, and mock-up apartments. The concept incorporates modern design elements with a refined colour palette.

The townhouse sales mock-up has been styled and accessorised by Lulie Fisher Design Studio.
