The first floor of the penthouse has three bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom and connecting winder garden for all three rooms. The second floor contains the kitchen, informal dining space and living area with a garden on two sides. The third floor has a formal dining area which connects directly to a double-height space that shapes a garden with jacuzzi. The last floor hosts the gallery terrace with down to the lower floor jacuzzi area with impressive sights across the city.

At the centre of the Dollar Bay Project are the living, dining and kitchen areas – a large open-plan space connecting the everyday activities from breakfast in the morning to evening dining and relaxing on the sofa to enjoy a film. With two of the three walls consisting of floor to ceiling windows, all of the colours have been applied through the use of fabrics, upholstery and home accessories, making it simple to transform with a few simple changes.

The dining room is a spectacular treasure trove of metallic blue and gold colouring; the centrepiece is a contemporary dark wood dining table that seats eight people, highlighted with a mesmerising thirteen pendant brass chandelier. The windows have been dressed in an opulent full-length golden fabric that frames the spectacular views whilst still providing privacy for those intimate dinner parties.
