Among them, there is one who personify the magical parisienne spirit perfectly: Chahan Minassian.

Lebanese-born with Armenian origins, Chahan Minassian has found his perfect place in Paris since 1976, at the age of 15 only.

Thanks to his international attitude and his rare versatility, he gave birth to a unique genre named “Chanian style”.

Using products from different eras and with different styles, he creates cosy and homely spaces that stand out for elegance, contemporaneity, customization, purity of line and also a touch of exotic.

With such shape eye, he understands how to modify space and how to create harmonious interiors.

His creative process begins from a detail that changes every time and that can be the space itself, a product or artwork.

He combines the American design from the 30’s to the ’60s and his manufactured products with precious materials as galuchat, lacquer or gypsum.

But how did Chahan Minassian start this completely new design language? Not only his private life has a cosmopolitan flavour, but his working experience too.

At the age of 26, he worked as the European creative director at Ralph Lauren, where he learned how to adopt a concept and to adapt it to his personal style without never forget the quality.

Then, he set up his own firm and became one of the most eclectic interior designer, working at the same time as an antique dealer, gallery director and designer.

There is just one word that can be used to describe this process: passion.

And Chahan Minassian celebrates his passion for design in his compositions, creating an unforgettable experience for his clients and visitors.
