Cameron Woo is an internationally renowned interior designer of Australian and Chinese descent. Born in Papua New Guinea, Woo‘s interest in the world of design and architecture blossomed whilst living on his parents’ tropical plantation in the South Pacific.

Following this he founded his own interior design and lifestyle firm in the year 2000, Cameron Woo Design, which has since won many awards such as World’s Best Interior Design, Asia Pacific’s Best Interior Design and Singapore’s Best Interior Design Awards, for the distinct projects created for international clients and well-known property developers.

As a result of this Cameroon Woo Design aims to evolve, in order to come up with fresh and innovative designs that can be applied not only in Singapore, but the greater Asia Pacific and the rest of the world.

For Cameron Woo, design is his vocation and his calling, that provides infinite opportunities for learning and improvement thanks to the many exciting challenges he faces. Woo’s work is never done, as he still has many people he wishes to collaborate with and still has many countries that remain untouched by his work.

“I don’t think we actually have a style. Others might think that we do, but I personally don’t. Our designs are dictated by what our clients really want. The interior for me should showcase the personality of the client rather than the interior designer.”

The most important part of any project for Cameron Woo Design is the client’s satisfaction. The team feels most fulfilled once they have exceeded all expectations, and constantly strive to achieve this.

But Cameron Woo‘s success has already lead to many exciting collaborations. To date, he has worked with such well known brands as Dulux, Louis Vuitton, and Philips Lighting, as well as holding a panellist position on Akzonobel’s Colour Futures and previously judging and mentoring on the hit interior design show: The Apartment TV.

Additionally, Woo has completed projects for the world’s finest property developers, such as Kerry Properties, Swire Properties, Allgreen Properties, Capitaland Residential, Ho Bee Group, VIG, and Mulpha International. His many success have also earned him his reputation within the design world, with many clients discovering him through word of mouth, as well as on social media.
