One of the first destinations to open London Design Festival 2016, is Decorex, the UK’s leading destination for luxury interior design. The renowned event is set to return from the 18th until 21st of September.
The design event will be held in the grounds of Syon Park, highlighting the very best of wall coverings, furniture, lighting, floor coverings of professional designers and architects.
KOKET lavish presentation with the new Kelly Bed covered in an indulgent Fox pillow and throw, the mirrored Tamara nightstands, the nature-inspired Stella mirror. As lighting sources, the majestic Eternity chandelier and the sculptural Eternity sconces.
Casamance Group bold wallcoverings collection.
Jo Littlefair London accessories being unveiled.
Renowned companies will exhibit once again their novelties like the french editor of exclusive fabrics, wallcoverings, and trimmings, Casamance Group, or the retail and interior design Nicholas Haslam Ltd.
A series of interactive installations and a popular seminar program will explore the origins of design through the four-day event. All visitors and guests will experience how design is built on a rich heritage, constantly evolving to incorporate new techniques and materials. From customs and culture, these influences have shaped design today.
Decorex has paired established names, including Nicky Haslam, Lulu Lytle, and Guy Goodfellow, with emerging designers such as Sebastian Cox and Tom Raffield.
For Sebastian Cox, acclaimed designer, “I strongly believe that by looking at the roots of design we can continue to make things that don’t adhere to short-lived trends; by looking at our roots we can make things that remain beautiful for centuries.”
Decorex is one of the first events during London Design Festival.
Date: Sunday 18 September – Wednesday 21 September 2016
